Overview In response to evolving market trends and changing customer needs, we launched three distinct business units during the year. Each unit is supported by a dedicated organisational structure, targeted investment budgets and newly appointed leadership teams, enabling greater focus, accountability and alignment with our strategic priorities.

Digital Solutions: This new global business focuses on embedding intelligence and connectivity into our products and brings together our trusted digital technologies – including GridKey, Synaps and Remote Terminal Units (RTUs) – into a single organisation. It streamlines our delivery of data driven solutions and flexible SaaS (Software as a Service) offerings to better support the transition to smarter, more-connected energy Energy Services: As networks become more complex, the need for reliable, expert support is greater than ever and, with this UK-specific business, we serve a much wider customer base with maintenance, upgrades and energy-efficiency projects. It consolidates our proven service capabilities into a single, focused organisation that can grow and prosper under its own leadership,

EV Infrastructure: The UK EV business launched in November 2025, based in Sowerby Bridge. Lucy Electric had previously collaborated with Lucy Zodion, and this new entity brings these two skill sets together under a unified brand, providing an integrated approach based on fully type-tested products of the highest standard.

It ensures customers have an end-to-end trusted partner for their EV network infrastructure needs, as well as charge-point monitoring and support a wide variety of sites. Our free-standing and transformer-mounted EV feeder pillars support the expansion of charging networks.
