Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)
STRATEGIC REPORT
Our approach At Lucy Group, sustainability is central to who we are, what we do and how we do it. Building on a strong tradition of supporting environmental stewardship and community initiatives, sustainability shapes our day-to-day operations and lies at the heart of our product and service offerings.
Building a sustainable future At Lucy Group, we believe that responsible growth begins with a commitment to people, the planet and progress. While we value all 17 UN SDGs, we concentrate on eight that are most relevant to our business and where we can make the greatest impact. These eight priorities guide our sustainability strategies, policies and initiatives.
Our ESG framework is aligned with and informed by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs), ensuring a structured and measurable approach to creating long-term value. As part of the global drive towards net zero, we develop and deliver solutions that enable renewable energy connections, electric vehicle infrastructure, smart city applications and more sustainable ways of living.
Our priorities are organised around three pillars: | People : empower employees and communities through education, training and health initiatives that create safe, inclusive workplaces and improve wellbeing. | Planet: drive climate action by reducing emissions,
| Progress: innovate responsibly by improving product efficiency, embedding sustainability, and upholding human rights and fair employment practices across the value chain. Within these pillars, we have identified seven focus areas, each supported by measurable, time-bound targets. This approach ensures accountability and continuous improvement as we work towards a sustainable future.
