provides valuable insight, helping us understand what’s working and where we can improve. We’re proud of this progress and remain committed to going further. Over the past five years, engagement has shown a consistent upward trend, driven by employee voice and meaningful action in response to feedback. This reflects our dedication to creating an environment where people feel heard, valued and supported. Looking ahead, we aim to achieve and maintain an engagement score above 80%, placing Lucy Group in the top 25% of our peer group. Beyond the numbers, our focus is on implementing meaningful actions and celebrating progress, driven by our people. Wellbeing Wellbeing remains a key area of focus for the Group. This year, we delivered a range of global and local initiatives,
including new intranet resources, panel webinars, enhanced support such as on-site health check and flu vaccinations, and expert-led sessions. Our commitment is reflected in our latest survey results, where 80% of respondents agreed that wellbeing is a priority at Lucy Group placing us 3% above the manufacturing benchmark and in the top 25% of our peers (based on data collected by the Workday Peakon Employee Voice platform). We will continue to strengthen our wellbeing strategy to embed support at every level of the organisation, globally. Our goal is to build on this momentum and position Lucy Group within the top 10% of industry benchmarks, ensuring wellbeing remains central to our culture and practices.
During the year, production volumes increased across several parts of the business. Despite this, lost‑time injury rates remained low and both TRIR and FR improved.
