To re-elect as a Director R Dobbs who retires by rotation. 4. To elect as a Director M Dick. 5. To reappoint Wenn Townsend as Auditors of the Company and to authorise the Directors to fix their remuneration. 6. To transact any other ordinary business of the Company.
